​Rules & Regulations

• Cancellation Policy- Full refunds will be issued only for "Named" Tropical Storms and/or Hurricanes requiring mandatory evacuation by the City of Ocean Springs &/or Jackson County, MS.  Store credit will be issued in any other event.  Store credit never expires and can be used towards any rental package.

• Weight limits- Maximum weight of 500 lb per 4 seater cart and maximum weight of 800 lb per 6 seater cart.  

• Seatbelts-  Seatbelts must be worn at all times. Children are not permitted to ride on laps or share seatbelts and must ride in a car seat or booster seat.  

• Bluetooth connections- Carts are equipped with Bluetooth stereos as an added amenity.  Refunds will NOT be issued for connectivity issues.  Renters are encouraged to bring their own wireless Bluetooth speakers, as a back up option.
